Primaria orasului NY distribuie gratuit casti de protectie “cool” biciclistilor

Principalul motiv este faptul ca majoritatea biciclistilor nu gasesc castile de protectie suficient de atractive ca design si evita sa le foloseasca, lucru care a dus la multe accidente.
